  1. The reviews on this page are from Allianz customers who have left comments, as well as a star rating, in the last 12 months in response to our request for feedback. Before May 2023, we didn’t ask for feedback for windscreen only claims. As of May 2023, we ask customers with windscreen only claims for feedback and this is included in the claims star rating average. We don’t ask for feedback on mechanical repair claims.
