Frequently asked questions

Who is eligible for NDIS plan management?

Every NDIS participant is eligible and can request to have plan management funding included in their plan.

How do I include plan management in my NDIS plan?

If you don’t have plan management in your current plan, you can request that it be included at your NDIS plan review meeting or ask for an early plan review to request adding plan management.

If your plan is currently managed by the NDIS (i.e. Agency) or you have a self-managed arrangement, you’ll need to opt in for a plan manager.

How much does a plan manager cost?

There is no cost to you. Once you opt in for a plan manager, the NDIS will include plan management funding in your plan.

What if I already have an NDIS plan manager and want to move over to Allianz?

If you already have an NDIS plan manager, we can take over that arrangement at any time during your plan.

If you wish to change your NDIS plan management to us, you’ll need to notify your current plan manager of your decision and agree to an end date. They’ll provide you with information about your plan and provide support for the transition. If you’d like to speak to us or need further assistance making the switch, call 13 63 47 (13 NDIS) or send us an email.

If I choose Allianz as my NDIS plan manager, do I have to notify the NDIS?

No. If you choose us as your NDIS plan manager, we’ll contact the NDIS on your behalf to let them know that we’re now managing your plan.
