Making a payment online is a good way to keep your policy payments up to date. If you’ve started a quote but haven’t quite finished, you can pick up where you left off.

Log in to My Allianz and follow these steps:

  1. Click 'My Policies'
  2. View Policy Details
  3. Select 'View Payment Details'
  4. Update ‘Payment Details’

For Motor Insurance policies bought after 9 September 2021

Log in to My Allianz and follow these steps:

  1. View 'My Details'
  2. Select 'Wallet'
  3. Select the details you want to change

We’re sorry you’re thinking about leaving us. You can cancel your policy at any time by calling us on 13 1000.

Before you call us, it’s a good idea to review your policy so you’re familiar with how our cancellation process works. Make sure you have your policy details ready for our consultant. They’ll need to confirm your details over the phone.

If you’re looking for ways to manage your premium, you might like to consider:

  • increasing your excess to lower your premium1
  • changing your payments from annual to monthly
  • getting a ‘policy health check’ to review your cover with one of our consultants

Depending on your policy, other options may be available. Talk to us about your cover, we’re here to help.

If you cancel your policy, we’ll send you a confirmation notice by email to tell you when your cover ends. Your cancellation will usually be effective 14 days from the date of your confirmation notice. For further details, see the relevant PDS.

If we cancel your policy, we’ll give you notice in writing before the cancellation date either in person, by email, or by post. Our notice period is three business days.

Life can change without warning, and insurance can help you look after the things you love. Check your cancellation details and your new insurance policy carefully to make sure there are no gaps in your cover. Make sure you’re not underinsured as this could result in out-of-pocket expenses if you need to make a claim. It’s important to make sure you take out adequate cover that suits your needs.

    Home Insurance: Not available with respect to any additional compulsory excess, imposed excess applied to the policy or to the Portable Contents excess. Any reduction in premium will not be applied to government taxes and charges, or to optional covers (if available and selected): Domestic Workers’ Compensation, Flood or Portable Contents. Minimum premiums apply.

    Landlord Insurance: Not available with respect to any additional compulsory excess, or to the imposed excess applied to the policy. Any reduction in premium will not be applied to government taxes and charges, or to optional covers (if available and selected): Landlord’s Workers' Compensation, or Flood. Minimum premiums apply.
